Terms and conditions

Sending the enquiry form does not book a room. A booking exists only once we confirm it by email, and that email states the rate, the dates, the cancellation terms and what we need to hold the room.

Rates and availability can change until a booking is confirmed. If a room shown on the site is no longer available we will offer the closest alternative.

Rates on this site are per room per night before local taxes, and are a guide. Offers have the conditions shown beside them, cannot be combined unless we say so, and can be withdrawn at any time before a booking is confirmed.

Unless your confirmation says otherwise: free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in; inside 48 hours, or if you do not arrive, the first night is charged. Cancellations must be made by email or phone to the desk.

• Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out by 11 am, unless agreed otherwise.
• You will be asked to register on arrival, as the law requires, and to show identification.
• Quiet hours are from 10 pm. Smoking is permitted in the garden only. Damage to rooms is charged at cost.

• Do not send false enquiries or try to disrupt the site.
• Do not copy photos, rates or other content for commercial use without permission.

We link to other sites, such as maps, transport and social media, for convenience. They have their own terms and privacy practices.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for your safety while you stay with us.
